The main objective will be to preserve the social, industrial, economic, and cultural heritage by constructing 'Oneness Centers' in every Koliwada. Various opportunities available to the youth of the fishing community, fishermen's schemes as well as modern initiatives like Koli Startup will be implemented here. The center will also provide guidance to the youth in the industry at various levels as well as government, private and expert guidance for the development of various skills.
